REQUIRED HOURS: WEDNESDAY-FRIDAY 4PM-12AM

SATURDAY AND SUNDAY 8:30AM - 5PM

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problem, and determines and implements solution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 2 years help desk experience or DOCUMENTED Linux experience required
Customer service skills a bonus
Must be able to demonstrate diagnostic capabilities
Education or certifications a plus
Must be available for on-call support as requested.
Flexible availability

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Write training documents
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
Install computer peripherals for users.
Communication with coworkers.
Maintain a detailed inventory of components and computers available
