  • Retain customers and promote additional products
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to problem solve and work independently
  • A strong desire to meet and exceed given goals
  • Open full time availability, including weekends and evenings
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation
  • At least 1 year call center and customer service experience preferred
